How long will it take to receive my order? TOP
We at Chic Bebe Couture make our hair accessories and room decor by hand and pride ourselves on our attention to detail. This is just one reason why our customers love our products. So please allow 3-5 business days to complete your order and then it will be shipped to you using USPS which usually takes 3-5 business days. Custom painted pail orders typically take 5-7 days for processing due to drying time. If you place a large order or if for some other reason your order will take longer than usual, you will be notified.
Do you offer your product for drop shipping or wholesale? TOP
Yes. If you are interested in buying our products at wholesale prices or if you are interested in our drop shipping terms, please email jacie@chicbebecouture.com for a dealer application and more information.
I ordered two of the same bow. Why is one slightly larger than the other? TOP
Chic Bebe Couture's hair bows are all made by hand. We take pride in the quality of our bows. Due to the fact that they are made by human hands, bows will vary slightly in shape or size. If you are looking to purchase products to use for pigtails, please order items listed as sets. This is the best way to get products to match the closest.
How do I receive free shipping? TOP
There is free shipping for purchases that total more than $25.00 until March 31, 2009. Periodically we will run Free Shipping Specials so check our Blog and our Homepage to see when these deals are going on.
Where do you ship your products? TOP
We currently ship anywhere in the continental United States.
I ordered a hair bow, but it isn't the same color as my child's dress. May I return it? TOP
Please know that computer monitors sometimes display colors slightly differently from their true color. Chic Bebe Couture does not accept returns on items. However, if an order is completed incorrectly or if there is some other problem with your order, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
Can I get the tails on the bow I want to order cut a different way? TOP
Yes. If you'd like the tails of your bow cut differently than what is pictured on the site, place your order and then send us a separate email right away so that we will know prior to processing the order. There is no extra charge for this service.
